[IPA Employee] Dear [IPA Employee] First of all let me say that I wasn't sure that our company was going to survive the next year. We had several controllers who completely destroyed our books and ignored our taxes. [IPA Employee] basically walked into a mess that no one knew how to solve. We had little to no structure, no budget and no idea where we made or lost money. That changed the first week he arrived. He provided us with structure and a clear plan for success. He turned us from a company on the brink of failure into a company with more potential then I thought could be possible. He taught me personally about management and planning and discipline. I feel we are a better company and I am a better person for having known and worked with him.
