[IPA]

To Whom It May Concern:

I hope this letter finds you well. I am at the completion of the first phase of my IPA commitment, and my work with [IPA Consultant]. This entire experience has far surpassed any expectations that I could have had – I feel as if I got a crash course MBA in 130 hours! The tools that [IPA Consultant] – with patience, humor and respect – taught both myself and my staff have both enlightened me to what I needed to fix, and showed me how to fix them. Truly understanding how to price my product, how to account for overhead in every sale, and understanding the cost of employees were particularly eye opening to me.

This has been an amazing experience. I learned about my businesst and likewise, I learned about myself as a businesswoman. I am truly grateful I answered the phone the fateful day that IPA called – knowledge is one thing that once gained, and never be taken away. For this I am grateful.
